MARKETING~
This programs is geared towards a more "hands-on" type owner. It is designed to help you locate and procure the right tenant for your property, and then you take it from there! Under this program the home owner would be responsible for handling any maintenance issues as well as collecting rent payments. Our marketing program includes the following services:
- Advertising the property on our website (better than 75% of our applicants come from our site)
- Putting up a “For Lease” sign
- Your property will be shown to prospective tenants by appointment only with an agent. We DO NOT hand out keys, which can serve some peace of mind for our owners.
- We will process an application on any prospective tenant. We run a thorough background check including criminal, credit, rental history and income verification.
- You will have final approval of any tenant
- We will complete a NC Residential Rental Agreement
- We will collect the security deposit and first month’s rent
MANAGEMENT~
If you are looking for full scale property management, this program is designed for you. We will handle everything and process your check and detailed owner's statement monthly. Full management includes everything that is involved with the marketing program in addition to the following:
- Digitally documenting the condition of the property during all move-in and move-out inspections
- RAH will be responsible for collecting all rents
- In the event of an eviction, RAH will process all court documents and appear in small claims court on your behalf.
- We will handle all maintenance issue
- We will oversee the general management of the property
