Rent-A-Home of the Triad, Inc. has been serving property owners in the Triad area
for nearly twenty years. We have two different programs designed for property owners,
and we are sure we can help you. We ask that you plan to lease your property for at least
a year, that it be unfurnished, and located in Guilford County.

Details regarding our owner programs are as follows:

MARKETING

• We will put up a “For Lease” sign
• We will advertise the property on our website
• Your property will be shown to interested parties by an agent
• We will process an application on any prospective tenant
• We will run a credit report & criminal report
• We will check rental & employment references
• You will have final approval of any tenant
• We will complete a NC Residential Rental Agreement
• We will collect the security deposit and first month’s rent

MANAGEMENT

• We will put up a “For Lease” sign

• We videotape the property prior to move-in to document the condition
• All rents will be collected by Rent-A-Home of the Triad, Inc
• Should a tenant not pay rent, we will handle the eviction proceedings
• We will handle all service calls
• We will oversee the general management of the property
